1. Course Fees

1. All course fees charged by Web Computer Institute are for training, academic support, and course-related services.
2. Fees must be paid in advance or as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of admission.

2. Refund Policy

1. Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
2. No refund will be provided if a student discontinues the course, does not attend classes, or leaves the course midway.
3. No refund will be issued for unused classes, missed sessions, or incomplete course attendance.

3. Cancellation Policy

1. Admission cancellation after enrollment will not be eligible for any refund.
2. If a student decides to cancel their admission for personal, academic, or any other reason, the paid fees will not be refunded.

4. Online & Offline Classes

1. For online classes, technical requirements such as internet connection, device availability, and software compatibility are the responsibility of the student. No refund will be provided for technical issues from the student’s side.
2. For offline classes, students are expected to attend sessions regularly as per the institute schedule. Absence from classes does not qualify for a refund.

5. Certification & Exam Fees

1. Certificates issued by Web Computer Institute are provided after successful course completion and internal assessment.
2. Examination fees paid to NIELIT or any other examination authority are governed by their respective refund and cancellation policies.
3. Exam form filling charges or third-party fees are non-refundable once the process has been initiated.

6. Course Changes or Rescheduling

1. Web Computer Institute reserves the right to reschedule classes, change batch timings, or modify course structure if required.
2. Such changes will not be considered a reason for fee refund.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

1. Any exception to this refund policy will be solely at the discretion of Web Computer Institute and must be approved in writing by institute management.

8. Policy Updates

Web Computer Institute reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
